Our first walk in rain this afternoon. Autumn has definitely arrived here in Western Colorado, cool days, chilly nights , snow capped high country peaks.

I need frost to arrive asap. I'm so tired of processing tomatoes, but psychologically have a hard time letting them whither on the vine and get wasted. My husband spotted a volunteer vine of these yellow tomatoes while doing yardwork yesterday so of course those got added to the mix. 🙄

Tomato sauce and salsa made this past weekend, running out of jars at this point so maybe that'll be my limiting factor as there is no freeze in the forecast yet. On the plus side the slightly cooler temps have brought volunteer cilantro so tacos are back on the menu, lol.
