Temperature dropped last night, 8⁰F. Time for some delicious chili and green chile cornbread (2 of my signature dishes). Had another slice with butter and honey for dessert. Spicy and sweet, soft, moist and crispy, all in one slice.

Milei has now been in office one year, with a solid set of accomplishments and ambitious plans to maintain the pace of change in 2025. Like the US, in his second year he is faced with a mid-term election that will likely serve as a referendum on how well the population is accepting his radical agenda.
