Data Centers are going to be the death of us all, but I'll probably be the first to go. I'm gearing up to start another one in a few weeks... Pray for me, that I don't go insane.

It's starting to look like 70%+ of my companies revenue the next 3 years will be from Data Centers. But my God these customers are demanding as hell and panicked to build them NOW! Competency and communication is also an issue with the GC's we'vebeen working with.
