In my collection of 80's music I have this song. It certainly was "of the time".
The video was considered very tawdry and generated controversy, but so did Dee Schneider dressing in drag, so it wouldn't be anything today.
Felt it deserved a share today. It's either this of I just flood the page with UwU Underground songs because I'm hooked.
