I believe this tech can make satellites smaller and more agile, take Electronic Warfare to the next level (instantaneous jamming/spoofing), improve phased array radars with better coordination between elements, and double or more the rate of fire on a rail gun by coordinating between magnetic elements. Latency is cut by a factor of 5 or more and you get higher accuracy and precision (up to you, really).
