We got a Christmas tree! It is a truly beautiful tree--i feel very blessed we found it. I can't wait to decorate it, but we've got 2 sick kids right now. Maybe tomorrow...

I was gifted a pasta attachment for my KitchenAid mixer and finally put it to the test last night with a batch of fettuccine. It was SO good.
Time wise not too bad, other than you need to plan in advance for the dough to rest 30-45 min before rolling it out. The actual rolling and cutting was quick.
Bonus that I also made it through another round of my leftover romas from my garden (still have about one more meals worth to process, good grief it never seems to end).
