Happy New Year!

We celebrated a belated Christmas with my side of the family, complete with ribeye and homemade rolls among other delicious sides. No leftover rolls (the toddler alone ate 3 🫣), but we do have some leftover beef so will probably do a stroganoff tomorrow when we get together with my husband's side of the family.

This is the first family gathering I can remember where my right wing dad referred to Republicans as an "other" rather than his team. An interesting development. We'll see what comes of it.
