Totally pointless fun fact. My brother had a PlayStation 1 controller that pulled to the left, or didn't always register your button presses on the x button or something, sucked in NHL '98 and we all hated that controller. But for whatever reason, he could play with it just fine. We used to joke that he must have pulled the controller from a stone. Eventually we called it "The Birthright controller" and I drew a really sweet "THE BIRTHRIGHT" logo on the back of it. He still has that controller and it's pretty badass for a middle schooler in his 40s. I also just remembered tonight when I pulled it out, that I likewise ended up with a Wii Classic Controller that similarly didn't enter buttons reliably, pulled to one direction on the stick, and generally all my friends tell me to trash it, but it behaved for me. So I drew the same logo on the back, as it was My BIRTHRIGHT. I would post a photo, but it's all rubbed off and illegible now, so sad.
Someone supposedly cross referenced the names of many professional athletes to voter registrations.

Baseball is the most Republican sport despite being something like nearly a third Hispanic. Most of those are foreign born so the survey didn't count those. The NHL is like 40% Canadian so they shouldn't count either but the methodology didn't mention them.
