I just did my taxes, or should I say- my taxes did me.

So, let me get this straight. As a full-time working stiff that doesn’t fall under these categories (no overtime and sorry…not a waiter who gets tips and whatever else niche categories), I owed federal taxes and got a meager state refund (which of course was exceeded by paying my tax person and what I owed). No windfall for this working backbone of America here.

Plenty of federal dollars for pillaging the Middle East and killing children though…We’ll never get out of this unless there is a full on revolt.
