I've been working on creating a container garden on my back deck, to make the otherwise sparse space more inviting.
It is a Marian garden theme (statue will eventually be added), utilizing primarily red, white, and purple flowers. I'm really pleased with how it's coming together now that the plants are starting to leaf out. The lilac especially smells divine, and I'm hoping the roses will too once they get going.
A few years ago I never would have attempted this, because it takes forever to water all of those containers in the summer. But I've been using chatgpt and YT to implement a smart wifi drip irrigation setup. Technology ftw. 😎
