We had a homeschool field trip today, and went to the Nelson Atkins art museum to check out the touring Alphonse Mucha exhibit. My husband and I both love art nouveau, so of course Mucha is a favorite in our house with several prints.

In addition to many of his classic works (pic 1, The Arts: Dance), I was pleased to see selections from my favorite Le Pater (pic 2, Lead us not into temptation), plus some cool later imitations like the Grateful Dead poster.

I wish we could have stayed longer, but after about an hour my 2.5 yo was over it so we had to jet before reaching full meltdown mode.
