As many of you know, I grew up in Los Alamos (home of the Manhattan Project). An announcement was made in the local newspaper that the Oppenheimer's "bathtub row house" was being renovated with new flooring. Locals were invited to come by and pick up a piece of history and many did. All the old flooring was gone in 30 minutes. A high school friend of mine was able to snag a couple of pieces.
