Guys, there is no hope for Brazil.

Even though the Senate was overwhelmingly anti-Lula this year, they're not radical enough to actually stop the Supreme Court, which will have 4 more nominations by the Brazilian Chavez. And even if Flavio won, he's pretty corrupt and frankly kind of dumb. The Brazilian right is very nationalistic in the worst sense possible, as in closed economy and nationalizing companies, it's not like it was even a good choice.

I'm usually pretty distant from politics because it gets me nothing, but this do be (!) looking grim.

I wish I knew how to monetize anything I do so I would leave this place. It's a pity, the country is geographically blessed.
