Look what I just found hidden among the flowers while weeding. Mom must be foraging nearby.

I spread these perennial native seeds along this hill two years ago for erosion control after removing a ton of invasive ailanthus trees and much of the associated jungle undergrowth. I was hoping to attract pollinators, but didn't envision this happening. This explains what has been nibbling my plants.
