I started off my day in PA where I was running a fundraiser for my 2A org (CNJFO) at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays. It's a great place if you like to shoot shotguns. I shot 74 out of 100 on the beginner course, which isn't bad, but was highlighted by a stretch of 59 out of 65, including 30 in a row.

After getting home back to NJ, I had a quick bite to eat and a shower before going to meet some friends to see Eddie Spaghetti, the lead singer of the Supersuckers, who I started listening to in 1994 and quickly became my hands down favorite band. He played a solo set in a little record store 15 minutes from my house in front of about 32 people. At least half the set was was requests from the audience. I can't even express how great it was. I only wish he had played for longer than the 70 minutes or so he played.

It was a good day.

My husband & I saw Dave Smith & Robbie Bernstein last night and had THE BEST time! It was nice to catch up after a very busy week for us both, and the comedy was great (apart from the host who struggled, which ironically became more and more funny as he tried to dig himself out of a hole). Highlight of the night was Dave talking about pregnancy/ kids and realizing that I (in the front row) was pregnant. He asked me how far along I was and said i looked great. I'm sure he was just being nice, but i still feel like a million dollars! He made a funny bit out of it, and I feel so flattered to have had a mini conversation with my favorite pundit/ comedian during his show! What a great night!

The Curb Your Enthusiasm credits just roll themselves with leftists...

I'm 8 months pregnant and have developed Super Heavy Leg Syndrome. It's wild to me to feel like i literally have weights on my legs and like i just ran a marathon. In general, I try not to complain about pregnancy (there's too much of that culturally, and I've been very blessed to have uncomfortable--but not serious--symptoms). But SHLS is a tough one for me because it kills any motivation to get moving, which is antithetical to my personality.

If my buddy @Deezy350 were still here, he'd get the reference, but alas, I'm all alone... 😭
