Found a flip video from the 2000s and it still works. I wanted to give it to my son, but I had to clean it up first because it was sitting in the garage for so long that the outside got really tacky and kind of gross. I need to hire about 300 general laborers, carpenters, concrete finishers, surveyors and field engineers.
This labor market is critically low at slim pickings level.
...another reason the Data Center craze bubble is going to burst... Prices for labor, materials and everything is becoming so stressed it's driving demand off the charts and prices are soaring. That's 14.4% increase in price in one month. That's not all. Vapor barrier went up 17%. Lumber went up 9%. Aggregate/stone is up 10%. Sealers/Cures and other concrete curing agents are up 10%. Reinforcing bar is up ...
