Got out of the valley heat

Up at the lake

Just put on last nights Game of Thrones. Hanging out with family. Waking up, getting some coffee in a minute

I baked my first sourdough in several years (and probably loaf #5 in total). A good friend from work gave me some of his starter. I'm hoping he and I can stay in touch -- at least via baking -- despite my imminent maternity leave. The bread turned out much better than I thought it would (beginner's luck, I reckon), and I'm excited to keep learning more about sourdough!
