In Search of Noah's Ark
We had tons of these Noah's Ark movies back in the 70s. A few actually played matinees at my local one screen art devo movie theater downtown, sometimes as double features, maybe about lost ships, Titanic, or Bermuda Triangle
We would ride our Schwinn Stingrays there in the Summer, for like a buck fifty we would get out of the heat for a few hours, and watch Spock tell us about Mount Ararat
I just returned from a week of hiking along the Appalachian trail with my sister, 13 yo daughter, and niece. We stayed at Grayson Highlands State Park in southern Virginia. It was the perfect time of year for fall foliage, and we even had multiple wild pony sightings. Met a guy who has been coming to the state park this same week for the past 6 years and I can see why. The photos never do it justice. Highly recommend.
