The Dear Readers spitefunded 150+ jams and salsas and now I've been eating my way through them all

Thoughts so far:
Adams Moonshine Jelly: Just that basic sweet jelly taste that underlies all those jellies they have on the table at the diner. Definitely has that hint of alcohol when you eat it straight, hard to define and not really pleasant.
Adams Traffic Jam: The various berry flavors kind of run together and remove it from having any real character.
Blackberry Patch Satsuma Cane Vanilla Preserves: A little sweeter than it should be. The orange is nice, not too tart, and the vanilla is pleasant. Not as interesting as I'd hoped.
Brad's Organic Agave Blue: thinner and less sweet than honey with all the carbs. Similar taste profile
Casa de Jorge Pineapple Salsa: just tastes like a bunch of wet soggy tomatoes. Not even getting any pineapple really. A little bit of fun heat at the back end.
Daddie's Brown Sauce: main ingredient is vinegar and it shows. Like a one dimensional overly tart ketchup, uninteresting.
Empire Cornelian Cherry Jam: These tastes like a cross between cranberry and cherry. Unfortunately they didn't pit the fruit. The tartness and heavy sweetness of the jam was close to cranberry sauce.
Favols Les Creatives Rhubarb Speculoos Jam: offputting applesauce consistency. Pretty characterless with a hint of tartness and cinnamon.
Georgia's Natural White Cherry in Syrup: Slightly thinner than maple syrup. Not as overwhelmingly sweet as I expected. Very one note taste, closer to honey than to jam.
H&P Fruity sauce: fun with a kick. Finished bottle a while ago, not in a rush to get again but wouldn't mind.
Heinz Georgia BBQ Sweet Honey Sauce: pretty mild and generic taste tbh
Heinz Hawaii BBQ Sweet & Fruity Sauce: not getting much pineapple but there is a nice heat to go with the sweetness. Quite nice if a touch too sweet (as expected from Heinz)
Kraft Spicy Honey BBQ: not too spicy, a nice bit of smoky heat. If anything the sweet side is too sweet. Not that great though more than edible.
Kraft Sweet Honey BBQ: pretty generic, tastes like McDonald's bbq sauce but sweeter. 1st ingeredient is HFCS, less than 2% of honey
Kraft Sweet Onion BBQ Sauce: a bit too sweet but the onion definitely comes through. Kind of cancels out in terms of quality.
London Borough of Jam Raspberry & Hibiscus Jam: very sweet and some tartness, to the point where the flavor was largely lost.
Noyan Watermelon Preserves: it's just watermelon rind in syrup. Almost entirely tasteless, still firm. All you taste is the very sweet syrup.
Saporina balsamic jelly: molasses like gummy texture. Taste is quite mild, grapes and a bit of vinegar on the end.
Smucker's Beekeeper's Promise Lemon: don't really taste the lemon at all, more like straight honey
Smucker's Beekeeper's Promise Strawberry: the honey crystalizes a bit. Not much strawberry to the taste.
Stonewall Kitchen Horseradish Bacon Mustard Dip: Smells like hot dogs. Tastes much better than it smells. Complex mix of sweet and savory. Hard to eat a lot of this but really good in small amounts as a condiment.
Stonewall Kitchen Strawberry Lemonade Jelly: Surprisingly mild and characterless. Slightly tart strawberry jelly. Hard to spread.
Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian BBQ Sauce: kind of muddled taste. Pineapple comes through clearly, and some heat. Neither here nor there.
TBJ Gourmet Classic Uncured Bacon Jam: This is superb. Tastes like when Taco Bell had their bacon burritos. Sounds ironic but isn't. Bacony and savory, great texture too.
Tiptree Greengage Conserve: not too sweet vague fruit taste, like a marmalade without the citrus if that makes sense.
Xocolate Bar Cacao Fruit Jam: tastes almost exactly like honey. The only different is a hint of tartness on top.

My wife delivered the dinner recipe leftovers. Enjoying a Guinness this afternoon while coding up a super-cheap microprocessor, STM8S, 20 cent/each Q1.

Have a great weekend!
