One last Easter egg hunt with my 18-year-old granddaughter, this will be her 13th in this garden. Even Levi got in on the action finding some old bone.
We went to Israel 15 yrs ago, while there I bought a bag of coconut macaroons at the Shuk (giant outdoor market). Haven't had a decent macaroon since until this morning. My wife went on a quest, she started with almond paste from blanched and peeled almonds. After an hour or so, we had some delicious macaroons along with plates other delights on this Easter Sunday.
