Well while on a trip a few months back the car broke down because apparently the clutch had completely died.
This was because the incompetent local mechanic that switched the gearbox I had to replace last year, after that broke down, didn't check the clutch and how it was looking as he was changing in the new gearbox at the time. He even told me to ignore the slight off sound coming from the car, saying it was no big deal...
Well after the car was stranded very far from home, it took about a month to be ready to pick up again. It cost me 3k in repairs at a brand dealership, and another 1k in parts I sourced myself, as if I let them source it it would have been another 2k on top of that.
Then since I wasn't In The mood to pick up the car all the ways up there, I got in touch with the logistics company that delivers new cars for the company, and had them pick up the car as they were dropping off new ones, taking it back with them on the return trip and then delivering it much more locally. ...
