Made something new this evening, chicken tikka masala with fresh buttermilk pita. Found this simmer sauce. Added smoked chicken thighs, steamed carrots, sauted yellow onions, sweet mini peppers and a sour cream dab. Served on jasmine rice with a warm pita. This was another damn delicious dinner.

These drone displays are very cool but my mind is going to a Black Mirror place. Imagine one appearing over your town unexpectedly. Everyone pours into the streets to see them and film them as they surely explode with whatever toxic material they can carry. What’s to stop anyone or any country from doing such a thing?
