Well fortunately the only storm damage I sustained was a large tree limb that fell out of my tree and went through my rear window on my car. 😣 Thankfully my truck is OK, So I can drive that for the next few days until I get a new rear window installed on the car.
That's OK, but the tree, its days are numbered.
It's weird seeing a story I have insider info on make international news. It's also disheartening to see the numerous internet comments immediately defending and encouraging the mother to keep the kids and stay on the run, based only on the limited publicly available info.
It only takes a few brain cells to consider that perhaps there was a valid reason primary custody was awarded to the dad and not the mom. I hope the kids are found safe, and the truth comes to light.
It's unbelievable to me that Ben and his team have not been able to find her now going on months, in this modern era of ubiquitous cameras and digital surveillance. She's smart and well-connected in the UK and Sri Lanka through her family dynasty. And also crazy. Dangerous combo.
I had a pretty good phone interview today with SpaceX. I'm taking a coursera SQL course to prepare. She said I'll know by Tuesday and if I do move forward, the next step is a technical interview with the manager, and then a presentation on a project I've done in the past.
I thought it would be good (If I get another interview) to have an album handy with a short link if photography comes up (like at the end) and they ask to see any of my photos so I made one, thought I would share it with you guys too.
