I am working on opening up a mobile food cart here in San Antonio, making a version of Middle Eastern tacos. While planning them out, I thought that Harissa would be a good flavor for the sauce. There is a particular brand that I love which I couldn't find locally, so I ordered some.

Harissa arrived today, and I made some of the sauce and IT IS PURE FIRE!! Omg it is SO GOOD!!!

First round of tacos were ok. Flavor-wise they were there, but I messed up the preparation and the texture and presentation were a miss.

Second round of tacos come out tonight, and taking them down to the pub for target-audience research.
