Oh my gawwwwwd. My husband joined Facebook yesterday because he ‘had’ to in order to look for a vehicle on Marketplace. He HATES social media and absolutely doesn’t get it. Driving me insane. Definitely a boomer. However his mom, even at 90, totally understood it, so that’s not even an excuse. He simply hates people and new things. (New to him). What other venues can you purchase used cars? Anyone have a used Ford Escape they’re tryna sell? (Michigan).

On the vice list this evening we have Caldwell The King Is Dead for the smoke and a Whiskey gimlet using cinnamon cordial and lemon juice. They pair well and that gimlet could get dangerous as everything blends well for taste and the 114 proof of the Old Granddad is hiding. Must remember to sip.
Started swinging a 30lbs heavy club this week and I feel I reach a nice milestone. When I first started watching vids about club swinging, having bought a couple in the early Coof bullshit just to have some iron around to move, I found that even 15lbs was a bitch and seeing Mark Wildman lob around this 30lbs he had was impressive. 30lbs doesn't seem like much until you put it in motion and have to keep the rest of your body stable and planted as you lob it left/right or front/back. The one I have can be loaded to 50lbs so that's my goal with these things. ...

I'm learning in my dotage that I can no longer consume sugar as if I were 12 and burning it off constantly, and a lot of my anxiety is drying up along with that move. Do recommend, and those zero things aren't great but they can be the methadone to kick an oni soda (pop for you mwers) habit
