I heard helicopters over my house earlier and now I saw this. Could be a crazy person or just the gun play from the rid raf that lives not too far from all the important things in Annapolis. I have no confidence in this state to fix it’s problems. Trump probably made them worse by having the National Guard in DC. They probably pushed all the animals out into MD.
