My first time cooking a turkey and it turned out great! For those who have too many leftovers remember that any soup or casserole that calls for chicken can have turkey substituted. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
We had 48 people for Thanksgiving at the church, and there was enough space and food for everyone. It was pretty sweet.
My brother and his shitlib wife didn't even bother to invite me over for Thanksgiving this year. As soon as I settled the Estate of our mother, my siblings stopped calling and disappeared. They got their cut and gone. That's my family life! Luckily I have a best friend who's family has pretty much adopted me. I am Thankful for that.
