I finally harvested my garlic yesterday, which prompted me to use the last of the scapes to make a pesto.

Dinner tonight: pesto and goat cheese stuffed chicken with pesto bruschetta, both came out great.

I will definitely be planting more garlic this fall - one of the easiest plants I've done.
