My dog loves my daughter, but he’s constantly competing for my attention with her. He often does it by laying over my leg and licking my knee obsessively. It’s oddly quite soothing.

A Highschool acquaintance recently lost his sweet dog suddenly. He was so upset. He asked if I could paint a portrait of his fur baby. (I dabble in pet portraits). I hope he likes it! This is ‘Maggie’. 8x10 watercolor. Original photo and my interpretation. Of course seeing your finished artwork posted is cringey as I see I could have tweaked some areas. Oh well. Overall, I am pleased.
